Return Policy :

  1. Products are for personal use (skincare); returns are not accepted after opening or using the product, to maintain health and safety.
  2. If a damaged or incorrect product is received:
    • We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
    • The product will be replaced or the customer compensated with a new product.
  3. If the customer is not satisfied without a specific reason (unopened/unused):
    • A return can be requested within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
    • The customer bears the shipping and return fees.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the product and complete inspection.
